Karnataka Bank Recruitment 2024: Karnataka Bank, one of the leading private sector banks in India, has announced an exciting recruitment opportunity for Customer Service Associates (CSA) across its branches and offices nationwide. Who Can Apply?
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must be graduates in any discipline from a recognised university or institution. The degree must be obtained on or before November 1, 2024. Applicants awaiting results or still pursuing their degrees are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit: The maximum age for candidates is 26 years as of November 1, 2024, which means applicants must have been born on or after November 2, 1998. However, there is a relaxation of 5 years for candidates from SC/ST categories.
Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for this position.

Pay and Benefits
Selected candidates will be offered a competitive starting salary of Rs. 24,050 per month, with the potential to increase based on the career progression scale. The total Cost to Company (CTC) for CSAs at metro centres is approximately Rs. 59,000 per month, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other allowances as per the bank’s rules.
Examination Structure
The online exam will consist of multiple sections, each with a specific time limit. Candidates will need to attempt questions in five areas:
